• Oversee all aspects of patient care while directing and supervising other staff members
• Provide direct patient care including medication and treatment administration
• Observe and respond to acute changes in patients conditions
• Help create a safe comfortable and home-like environment for our residents
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to both give and accept direction
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine desire to make a difference in peoples lives
