Job Summary
As a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse youll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Centers located in Vance and Hoover AL. The scheduled hours are:
Monday & Wednesday 5:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
2nd & 4th Saturdays at our Hoover location 7:00 AM 11:00 AM
(26 hours per week)
What Youll Do
Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers and within scope of practice
Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care observes reactions to treatments and specimen collection such as urine blood and sputum based on provider orders
Maintains medical equipment ensures a clean and safe environment and follows infection control procedures
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Performs other duties as assigned
