We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician while assisting with patient assessments treatments and routine clinical procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under physician or Registered Nurse supervision
Take and document vital signs including blood pressure temperature pulse and respirations
Assist physicians during examinations and minor medical procedures
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Perform clinical tasks such as wound care dressing changes and specimen collection
Prepare patients for diagnostic testing and procedures
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
Deliver compassionate patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Required Qualifications:
Current Kansas or Compact State LPN License
Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty required
Current AHA BLS Certification
Strong clinical organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
