• Salary Range: $49000 $78000 annually

• Days: Monday Friday
• Hours: Standard clinic operating hours

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a fast-paced Walk-In Clinic setting. This role serves as a key clinical liaison between patients providers and administrative staff ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary care team.

• Perform routine clinical duties including obtaining and recording vital signs.
• Triage incoming patient calls assess urgency and communicate effectively with providers.
• Coordinate prescription refills and manage insurance prior authorizations.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between patients clinical staff and providers.
• Provide guidance and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and clinic schedulers.
• Follow direction from providers RNs and clinical leadership to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with clinic standards.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program (Certificate or Diploma).

• Active unencumbered LPN license in the State of Montana (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Open to entry-level candidates (less than 1 year of experience welcome).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
