LPN I nurses are early in their professional nursing journey and are focused on developing clinical competence confidence and strong patient care practices.
LPN II Clinical Expertise and Professional Growth
LPN II nurses have successfully developed foundational skills and demonstrate mastery of clinical practice within their assigned setting.
LPN III nurses represent the highest level of the Clinical Ladder Program and are recognized for their advanced knowledge leadership and commitment to nursing excellence.

Pay range: $24.00 - $31.10/hour
(Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.)
