Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Per Diem

Per Diem Commitments: 5 shifts per month (2 of those shifts must be on the weekend) 1 major winter holiday (Thanksgiving Christmas New Years) and 1 summer holiday (Memorial Day July 4th Labor Day) per year.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for TaraVista in Devens Massachusetts youll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers your patients and your exchange we will care for you as much as you care for our patients.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• You will care for individuals in need of psychiatric emotional and substance use treatment.

• You will be a champion for our patients and support the team around you.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVistas core principles.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates will have the following:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts

• CPR certification

• Knowledge of behavior health and substance use disorders treatment modalities

• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries

• Previous experience is preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient care restraint reduction de-escalation and crisis intervention.

Pay Range

Compensation will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience.

$32.95-$44.99
