Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) part time

Heres what you will do:

• Play an essential support role in providing basic medical care health monitoring and medication management for clients in recovery from substance use disorders.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes med logs incident reports and progress notes.
• Document communication with providers referrals and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with case managers primary care providers outpatient addiction treatment centers and mental health professionals.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff.

• Help maintain a structured safe and recovery-oriented environment.

What we are looking for:

• Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required).
• Experience with substance use disorder programs.
• Working knowledge of ethics and legal parameters of working with substance abuse clients (preferred).
• Our clinic is open Monday - Friday daytime hours and Saturday mornings.

PAY: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
