This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of RN experience and $20000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:

This is a Full-time 32-hour a week Day shift position.

Mid Coast Senior Health Center provides supportive and rehabilitative health services for older adults. We are part of the MaineHealth integrated health system and our work is guided by the MaineHealth mission vision and values. Out continuum of care consists of assisted living memory care nursing and rehab and long-term care. Under direction of a Registered Nurse the Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care role provides supportive and restorative care to residents reinforces the resident and family teaching program and administers medications and treatments according to policies procedures and standards of the nursing practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $27.27to $36.88 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
