Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Up to $40/hour Longmont CO Full-Time School Year ESY 1:1 Student

Position Details:
  • Full-Time 5 days/week 1.0 FTE

  • K-12 Caseload

  • 1:1 nursing support for a student with medical needs

  • Start Date: As soon as possible

  • School Year: August 2026June 2027

About the Role

Hello LPNs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 nursing support for a student in Longmont CO. This role focuses on providing hands-on care throughout the school day including transportation support. What Youll Do
  • Provide 1:1 nursing support to a student

  • Perform trach care suctioning and G-tube support

  • Assist with safe transfers including on and off the school bus

  • Monitor the students health status and respond to medical needs

  • Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure continuity of care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans

  • Support the students ability to safely access and participate in school throughout the day

What Were Looking For
  • Active Colorado State LPN license or Compact Multi-State Nursing License

  • Experience with trach care G-tube and suctioning required

  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check

  • Reliable attentive and comfortable providing 1:1 care

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
