Schedule: Day Shift Evening Shift Night Shift Overnight 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts
Work Setting: Hospitals Skilled Nursing Facilities Rehabilitation Centers Nursing Homes Assisted Living Communities

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide safe high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Admit transfer and discharge patients according to facility protocols.
Monitor record and report patient vital signs and changes in condition.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions.
Perform wound care and collect blood and urine specimens as required.
Maintain accurate timely and organized patient documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients families physicians and healthcare team members.
Restock medical supplies medications and equipment as needed.
Follow all facility policies safety standards and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
Active LPN license in the state of employment.
Minimum of 6 months of LPN experience.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Ability to lift push pull or support up to 80 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Annual physical TB test background check and COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on facility guidelines.
