Your Role as a Staff Nurse:

1. Patient Care: Provide high-quality compassionate care to patients on the Medical-Surgical unit.
2. Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough patient assessments monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
3. Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
