Location: Lewiston MainePay Rate: $50 to $52/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Experience: Minimum 2 years required
About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week night-shift opportunity in Lewiston Maine. This role supports post-acute long-term care skilled nursing dementia care and transitional rehab patients in a resident-focused care environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to LTC SNF and post-acute residents
Support residents with dementia Alzheimers rehab wound care IV therapy and geriatric needs
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Document patient care accurately using Epic
Float to other units as needed and support a safe therapeutic environment
Requirements
active maine or compact lpn license required with no licensure hits
bls/bcls certification required
minimum 2 years of lpn experience required
ltc snf post-acute rehab or dementia care experience preferred
must reside outside 50-mile radius and be available for night shift holiday coverage and floating as needed
