Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Variable Shifts based on census and facility need
Experience: Minimum 2 years required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care contract opportunity in Hilo HI. This role supports resident care in an LTC setting including assessments treatments medication administration ADL assistance and communication with providers.
Responsibilities

Perform resident assessments and provide direct nursing care

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Notify MD/NP of important resident condition changes

Assist with admissions discharges and ADL support
-
Provide gastrostomy tube urinary catheter CPAP and nebulizer care
-
Assist with wound vac care and other assigned nursing duties
-
Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech
Requirements
-
Active Hawaii LPN License required by assignment start

Minimum 2 years of LTC experience required

BLS certification required

Must be able to work variable shifts based on facility need

Must be available to arrive the Thursday before start for Friday employee health appointment

Flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exception required

Holiday coverage required
