Job Summary
Summary: Provides nursing services to the Facility Based Crisis centers.
| Duty or Responsibility |
| Provide medication administration or delegation of this task to a UAP (CMA RMA medication aide med tech) physical health assessment/ screening communicates with MD/ NP/PA for orders obtains samples may provide individual group and family education related to medications or physical health processes and subsequent paperwork. |
| Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning case support activities including documentation in the EHR. |
| Maintain patient confidence and protects medical office/unit operations by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches. |
| Provide crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team |
| All other duties as assigned by supervisor |
