Licensed Practical Nurse 10808

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care and nursing support within the scope of licensure under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed healthcare provider. This role is responsible for administering treatments and medications monitoring patient conditions maintaining accurate documentation and supporting daily patient care activities in a clinical or healthcare setting.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Knowledge of practical nursing procedures pharmacology patient care practices and medical terminology
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations patient confidentiality standards and healthcare compliance requirements
• Experience administering medications and monitoring patient responses
• Ability to accurately document patient information and maintain detailed medical records
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations and provide compassionate patient care
• Proficiency in the use of medical equipment and healthcare documentation systems

• Previous experience in a hospital clinic behavioral health long-term care or healthcare facility setting preferred
• Experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams preferred
