Education and/or Experience

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.

1 year experience in a hospital nursing home home health or experience working with terminally ill patients.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

Active and unencumberedLicensed Vocational/Practicalnurselicense in state(s) of employment.

Preferred within30 daysof hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
