Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer service helping clients choose frames and lenses that truly fit their style and lifestyle
• Perform precise measurements fittings adjustments and repairs

• Maintain meticulous records and transactions using leading optical management systems (Eye Cloud Pro and Office Mate)
• Support and collaborate with a small team of experienced opticians and administrative staff
• Uphold the highest standards of accuracy quality and personalized care

Position Details:

• Flexible part-time or full-time opportunity (3-4 days/week to start)
• $28/hr plus end-of-year bonus structure
• Financial stipend offered in lieu of traditional benefits
• Training available for specific equipment and software
• Schedule includes weekdays 10:00am-5:30pm Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm (half day)
