• Provide individual couples family and/or group therapy as appropriate to qualifications.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA Ohio licensing requirements ethical standards and insurance regulations.

• Manage client scheduling caseload and productivity expectations.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and team members to support quality client care.

• Participate in staff meetings training and supervision as required.

• Follow all practice policies and procedures.

• Current and valid LPC LPCC LPCC-S LSW LISW LISW-S or MFT IMFT license in Ohio.

• One to three years of clinical experience working with mental health patients.

• Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Ability to provide individual couples family and group therapy sessions.

• Able to work 25-30 hours a week

• Proven track record of maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Strong understanding of HIPAA Ohio licensing requirements ethical standards and insurance regulations.

• Ability to manage client scheduling caseload and productivity expectations effectively and efficiently.
