Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH)

SEEDWorks in partnership with EdTheory is seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide school-based services for K-12 students in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is a full-time year-round position where youll become an integral part of the school community-supporting students partnering with families and collaborating with educators to help students succeed emotionally and academically.

• Active state licensure (LCSW LMHC LMFT or equivalent)

• Experience working with K-12 students preferred

• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Passion for student mental health and school-based support

• Provide individual and group counseling services for K-12 students

• Conduct mental health assessments and diagnoses

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers administrators and families

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
