We are a highvolume wellestablished wellness facility in Weirton WV seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) or those eligible for West Virginia licensure. Our owners are husbandandwife LMTs with 20 years of experience who actively work alongside our team and provide ongoing support and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
- Strong deeptissue capability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professionalism reliability and a teamfocused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client intake and discuss goals concerns and medical history.
- Identify areas of tension imbalance or discomfort.
- Deliver safe effective and customized massage treatments.
- Provide guidance on stretching posture and selfcare.
- Assist with laundry room turnover and maintaining a clean welcoming environment.
