Licensed Insurance Agent

This is a remote position.

• Assist clients with selecting insurance plans that fit their needs
  
• Educate clients about available coverage benefits and options
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients
  
• Complete applications accurately and professionally
  
• Maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
  

• Active insurance license required
  
• Life & Health license preferred
  
• Medicare/ACA experience is a plus
  
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
  
• Professional reliable and goal-oriented
  
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred but not required

ACA Insurance Agents

• Base Pay: $15/hour
  
• Overtime: Available based on business needs and applicable overtime requirements
  
• Closing Bonus: $5 per qualifying ACA enrollment after reaching the required weekly closing target
  
• Potential Earnings: Up to approximately $24/hour depending on hours worked productivity and qualifying enrollments
  
• Compensation: Pay rate may be negotiable based on experience and performance
  

Medicare Insurance Agents

• Commission: $80 per qualified enrollment
  
• Commission-Based: Earnings are based on successful enrollments
  
• Additional Income: Opportunities to increase earnings through higher production and eligible incentives
