At Walmart were seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Manager Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional this role youll lead a team of dedicated technicians ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.
Qualifications :
Hard Skill Sets Needed:
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience 3-5 years electrical plumbing and or mechanical experience
- Leadership skills Able to lead motivate and develop others
- Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills Route cause and breakdown analysis experience
- Customer service
Licenses needed by role:
- Master Electrician License in good standing or equivalent in the state of employment
- Master Plumbing License in good standing or equivalent in the state of employment
- Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment
