Mind by Design is a community-based clinic in Campbell and Morgan Hill specializing in assessment and intervention for children teens young adults and families. We provide psycho-educational evaluations and Independent Educational Evaluations along with speech and language assessment and therapy behavior intervention services specialized academic support mental health therapy and parent coaching. We are a multi-disciplinary team supporting families across the greater South Bay Area and beyond.

POSITION OVERVIEWThis is a rare opportunity for a seasoned school psychologist ready for something more. Mind by Design is a multidisciplinary psychological assessment and therapy group practice with offices in Campbell and Morgan Hill CA conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and IEEs for children adolescents and young adults. Were looking for an LEP who wants to grow with us do not need years of private practice experience - what matters is strong assessment and consultation skills confidence in your clinical judgment and readiness to learn alongside a team of experienced LEPs and psychologists. Whether newly licensed or new to private practice this is a supported place to make that role is for an LEP ready to hand off the business side to strong leadership and focus entirely on clinical work. It is not for someone building or maintaining a parallel private RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and IEEs owning the full process from intake through written report- Personally administer score and interpret testing; produce clear well-supported reports with actionable recommendations- Provide feedback sessions to families and collaborate with outside providers and school teams- Participate in IEP meetings school observations due process cases and litigation as needed- Optional depending on interest: individual counseling parent consultation/coaching and trainings for schools families or community partnersSCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY- Work primarily from our Campbell and Morgan Hill offices with travel for school visits and IEP meetings throughout the Bay Area- Option to work from home when not with clients in sessions- This is an in-person role.
