Key Responsibilities:
- Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker where your expertise will enhance patient care through effective clinical assessment care coordination and discharge planning.
- This position requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with expectations to support patients during critical times.

- This position requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with expectations to support patients during critical times.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital-based clinical social work setting.
- Active Georgia LCSW license required.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment care coordination and discharge planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: Experience with diverse patient populations and complex cases.
