Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a-7p EST

Salary: $68000 - $85000

Sign On Bonus: $2000

What Youll Do

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate individuals appropriateness for our program.
• Complete clinical assessments as assigned each day
• Provide individual support as needed such as crisis intervention referrals to other resources liaising with outside parties involved in the members treatment and coordinating with the Care Navigators.
• As census increases you will lead 34 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.

• An active license or certification: LCSW
• Minimum two years leading groups in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) mobile apps etc.
• Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success.
• Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include: mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT.
