Plains Area Mental Health Inc. is hiring a Licensed Therapist to serve the Denison community. This opportunity allows licensed clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services while enjoying competitive benefits hybrid work opportunities and a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Schedule

• Full-Time (3040 hours weekly)
• Benefits begin at 30 hours
• MondayFriday schedule
• One scheduled evening each week
• Hybrid schedule available after telehealth caseload development

Responsibilities

Your work will include:

• Diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Individual outpatient counseling for children and adults.
• Developing treatment plans and monitoring client progress.
• Working closely with psychiatric providers case managers and peer support staff.
• Crisis intervention and emergency behavioral health services.
• Clinical documentation and record management.
• Participation in paid on-call rotation.
• Clinical supervision opportunities for temporary licensed providers.

Qualifications

Required:

• Masters Degree in Counseling Social Work or related field
• Current Iowa LMHC LISW or LMFT License
• Valid Iowa Drivers License
