Job Summary
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans to address these behaviors and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Behavior Support Plans:Developimplementand oversee behavior plansfollowing Clinical Coverage Policy 8P.
- Behavior Analysis:Observe clients to identify challenging behaviorsrecord and analyze dataand monitor the implementation of support plans.
- Progress Assessment and Plan Revision:Assess member progressmake revisions to PBSPs as neededand decrease target behaviors.
- Training and Coaching:Provide monthly training sessions to membersstaffand caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
- Case Management:Independently manage a caseloadparticipate in treatment plan meetingsand collaborate with the care team.
- Tele-Consultation:Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education and Credentials:Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychologyfull licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Boardcriminal background check clearancenot listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registryactive NPI numberCAQHand NCTracks profileand professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million.
- Experience:Experience working with individuals with I/DDautismor TBI preferred but not with the NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred.
