Role Purpose

The Lavatory (LAV) Service Agentis responsible forservicingaircraftlavatory systems by safely removing waste and replenishing lavatory fluidsin accordance withairline airport and safety regulations. This role plays a critical part inmaintainingaircraftcleanliness sanitation and operational readiness while ensuring all services are completed on schedule to support on-time departures.

What you will be doing

• Serviceaircraftlavatory systems using specialized service vehicles and equipment.

• Remove waste fromaircraftlavatory tanks and dispose of materialsin accordance withenvironmental and regulatory requirements.

• Replenishaircraftlavatory fluids and supplies asrequired.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of LAV service vehicles and equipment.

• Follow all airline airport FAA TSA OSHA and company safety procedures.

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Report equipment malfunctions safety hazards spills or operational concerns to managementimmediately.

• Maintainaccurateservice records and documentation.

• Coordinate with ramp operations dispatch and airline personnel to ensuretimelyaircraftservicing.

• Assistwith other ground support duties as assigned.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and service vehicles.

• Perform other duties as requested

What we are looking for:

• Previousdriving experience of tractor trailers box trucks buses etc. preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must have a home telephone.

• Must havereliabletransportation.

• Must have a valid drivers license commercial license preferred.

• Must have minimum of HS diploma or GED/Equivalent.

• Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives.

• Must be able to sit stand lift and/or bend throughout shift and climb stairs.

• Must be able to lift carry and/or hold up to50 lbs.

• Physical exam may berequiredto confirm above.

• DMV checkrequired.

• Must pass pre-employment and random drug test.

• Must be able to read writeunderstandand carry out instructions in English.

• Pass a Criminal Background Check.

• Must be able to verbally direct in English.

• Mustpossessthe necessary authorization to work in the U.S. from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).

• Exposure toaircraftnoise moving equipment fuel fumes and varying weather conditions.

• Exposure to sanitation and waste handling processes requiring strict adherence to safety and hygiene procedures.

• May berequiredto work weekends overnightshiftsand holidays.

• May be exposed to occasional loud noise levels.
