Patrol Officer Position
Position Overview
American Guard Services is seeking professional and dependable Level 2 Patrol Officers to provide security services for a government facility in Fontana CA. Candidates must possess strong observational skills professionalism and the ability to respond effectively to incidents while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Schedule
Applicants must be available to work the following shifts:
- Sunday - Thursday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Schedule flexibility and availability are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of assigned areas
- Monitor property and report suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures
- Enforce site rules and security regulations
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
Minimum Requirements
- Valid California Guard Card
- Power to Arrest Certificate
- Valid Pepper Spray Permit
- Handcuff Certification
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass any required background screening
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior security patrol or law enforcement experience
- Experience working at government or high-security facilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
