- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate compliance third-party risk management supplier due diligence or related disciplines within multinational corporations consulting firms or related industries
- Deep expertise in corporate compliance frameworks including anti-bribery and corruption sanctions compliance third-party oversight and supply chain risk management
- Direct experience using or implementing solutions that support third-party risk management supplier due diligence sanctions screening beneficial ownership identification compliance monitoring and investigative workflows
- Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor and engage senior stakeholders through complex sales cycles and solution-oriented discussions
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship management skills with the ability to influence internal and external audiences
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required to support client engagement industry events and business development activities
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use.
- Bachelors degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Relevant industry certifications preferred including Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) Certified Sanctions Specialist (CSS) Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar credentials
- Establish credibility and confidence in Moodys solutions through sales engagement domain expertise and industry thought leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by identifying business challenges and aligning solutions to meet compliance and third-party risk management needs
- Lead solution architecture discussions and apply industry best practices to support proposals demonstrations and proofs of concept
- Advise clients on third-party risk management supplier due diligence sanctions compliance anti-bribery and corruption programs and broader compliance transformation initiatives
- Design develop and execute market outreach strategies in partnership with marketing strategy and sales teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with compliance ethics procurement legal risk and supply chain leaders across multinational organizations
- Represent Moodys at industry conferences client forums executive briefings and other thought leadership events
- Produce and contribute to thought leadership content aligned to client priorities market trends and Moodys product offerings while maintaining an active industry presence
- Translate emerging regulatory expectations compliance trends supply chain risks and client requirements into product recommendations and enhancement opportunities
- Identify market whitespace opportunities and support the development of business cases for product innovation and future growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define Moodys value proposition and support go-to-market execution and strategic initiatives
- Deliver training and enablement sessions on client use cases workflows buyer personas and market dynamics to sales customer success and strategy teams
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$200300.00-$290450.00 depending on factors such as experience education level skills and location. This range is based on a full-time addition to base salary this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
