Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Workflows: Map customer commercial needs into custom repeatable legal workflows on the platform.
• AI Quality Assurance: Review QA and validate AI-flagged legal issues for contract accuracy and completeness.
• Product Optimization: Translate client feedback and legal requirements into actionable product features for engineering.
• Workflow Engineering: Refine prompts modules and automated AI workflows using CLI Claude Code and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 38 years in legal practice or legal tech product/solutions roles.
• Legal Depth: Strong background reviewing contracts interpreting commercial workflows and identifying legal compliance flags.
• Product Ownership: Proven ability to manage deliverables translate user feedback into product specs and own end-to-end quality.
• Location & Work Authorization: Based in or willing to work in-office in San Francisco CA; US Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship available).
