Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant professional to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with prior office experience who is comfortable working in a legal environment and can provide administrative and case support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily law office operations
  • Prepare organize scan and maintain legal documents and case files
  • Assist with electronic court filings (e-filing)
  • Manage correspondence emails and document tracking
  • Data entry and records management
  • Answer phones and assist clients in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
  • Support attorneys with legal and administrative tasks
