Location: Middleburg Heights OH
Pay: $21/hr Bonuses

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will play a key role in guiding them through the leasing processfrom first inquiry to signed lease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and voicemail inquiries

• Schedule all appointments using Outlook Calendar

• Greet prospects and explain available apartment options based on their needs (price size location etc.)

• Show model apartments to prospective residents

• Accurately enter and track prospect information in MRI system

• Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed signed properly and application fees are collected (no cash)

• Use external systems to process credit and background checks with accuracy and care

• Prepare daily and weekly rental reports using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

• Familiarity with MRI or similar property management software is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially with sensitive personal data

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable responsible and well-presenting
