Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to support leasing operations at our multifamily community on a full-time temporary basis. This role focuses on prospect engagement property tours applications follow-ups and resident service while supporting leasing and occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Conduct property tours and present available apartments amenities pricing and lease terms.
• Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.
• Support the leasing process through move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Assist with renewals transfers and resident retention.
• Provide professional resident service and address leasing questions.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Support marketing outreach and community leasing activities.
• Maintain accurate leasing documentation and records.
• Follow Fair Housing and property-specific requirements.
• Support leasing sales and occupancy goals.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or property management software preferred.
• Strong follow-up organization and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work full-time on a temporary basis.
