Lease Portfolio Manager

We develop and manage Apples global real estate portfolio lead all related capital construction projects provide outstanding facilities and site services develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities including commute and renewable energy programs and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel facilities and customers in our facilities around the world. nnThe Global Real Estate Lease Administration team is responsible for managing and administering Apples real estate leased and owned properties providing strategic portfolio management through reporting of portfolio key data and critical dates maintaining the system of record and developing relationships with property managers and landlords. The team works with many internal cross-functional business partners including Real Estate Facilities Project Management Legal Tax Risk Management Corporate Accounting and Finance third-party consultants and landlords. nnWe are seeking an experienced collaborative and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portion of Apples Global Real Estate portfolio.

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager you will ensure the financial and legal compliance of an assigned lease portfolio. You will manage and optimize Apples global real estate assets to align with the companys operational and strategic objectives while maintaining accurate lease data and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.

Lease Administration and Data Integrity:nOversee the reporting of key portfolio data critical dates and performance metrics to inform strategic 100% data accuracy and integrity of the system of ongoing verification and abstraction of lease information updating the database as necessary to maintain accuracy and lease-related agreements such as Memorandums of Lease SNDAs Assignment and Sales agreements Estoppel Certificates and Alteration Management:nDevelop and implement comprehensive real estate portfolio strategies focusing on optimizing leased and owned properties to meet business needs manage costs and enhance operational and resolve payment disputes by applying analytical skills to find effective solutions and maintain strong relationships with and ensure timely collection of tenant allowances security deposits and other payment-related asset management issues and contribute to financial analysis related to CapEx funding and Compliance:nReview and perform desktop audits of operating expense payments reconciliations billings and estimates ensuring compliance with lease terms and with internal and external audit teams to ensure a seamless audit process identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk and Communication:nFoster cross-functional partnerships with landlords property management legal and finance teams to support seamless portfolio operations and strategic communicate process updates system enhancements strategic goals and other relevant information; become a trusted liaison with with Real Estate Transactions Managers u0026 leadership to support portfolio strategy negotiations and lease execution.

12 years of experience in corporate real estate portfolio management lease administration or a related role specifically on the tenant/occupier or BS in Real Estate Business Administration Finance or a related managing large-scale corporate real estate portfolios across multiple applying analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex lease administration and payment issues.n

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Real Estate Finance or Business AdministrationnUnsurpassed customer focus with a Can-Do with real estate lease administration platforms and systems of record (such as CoStar Yardi or similar)nAbility to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic environmentnExperience working and communicating with all levels of an proactive responsive and upbeat with strong organizational success in managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced results driven environment.
