As a Cosmetology Instructor youll play a vital role in developing confident career-ready beauty professionals. Youll:

• Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum

• Coach and mentor students throughout their educational journey

• Demonstrate current techniques trends and best practices

• Supervise and support students in the clinic classroom

• Foster a positive engaging and inclusive learning environment

• Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to deliver an exceptional educational experience

• Encourage professionalism creativity and personal growth in every Future Professional

• Current Texas Cosmetology License (required)

• Passion for education mentorship and student success

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous teaching experience is a plus but were happy to provide training for the right candidate
