Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for instructional design and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. As a Learning Experience Designer you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives

- Design and develop innovative and interactive learning experiences including instructor-led training e-learning simulations and other modalities

- Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning solutions

- Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos animations and graphics to enhance the learning experience

- Conduct thorough needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

- Work closely with project managers graphic designers and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related roles

- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

- Experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions including instructor-led training e-learning and simulations

- Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite

- Excellent project management and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time on-site position at our office in Location. The working hours are specific hours. The Learning Experience Designer may occasionally be required to work outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
