Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Facilitate instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) using Microsoft Teams.
- Support onboarding and learning initiatives across the organization.
- Train employees on internal tools systems and business processes.
- Manage classroom participation and create an interactive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with learners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support training activities.
- Track training completion gather feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Create update and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to prepare presentations reports and training resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 23 years of experience delivering corporate training adult learning or instructor-led training.
- At least 1 year of experience facilitating virtual training sessions.
- Experience delivering training through Microsoft Teams or similar virtual platforms.
- Strong classroom management and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting basic technical issues during virtual training.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
