Job Summary

Job Summary

Provides logistical administrative and reporting support for Learning programs through the appropriate use of software and/or other tools. Exhibits initiative and knowledge to ensure learning projects and programs carry on in the usual manner.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinates project details for learning programs including logistics and facilitation scheduling.
  • Initiates independent problem solving and follow-up with learners and leadership as needed.
  • Works as part of a team and ensures others are aware of work accomplished and/or outstanding tasks to maintain accountability for project tasks completion.
  • Maintains and orders supplies processes vendor invoices. Maintains learning calendar for facilitators/rooms/equipment making independent judgments regarding priorities/rescheduling. Arranges for travel organizes meetings as needed.
  • Create and coordinate learning surveys in support of learning programs. Download and manipulate results into meaningful data.
  • Collect compile and prepare data for analysis and develop systems to facilitate tracking of data. Review reports/data to determine and ensure accuracy.
  • Supports the team by responding to the escalation of phone calls emails and/or case management related to programs.
  • Requires the ability to support experiential learning programs and courses onsite at regional training locations throughout Michigan.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associates Degree or equivalent in Business Administration Human Resources Healthcare or related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience in HR project management administrative work projects event coordination.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in customer service work.
