Job Duties
This position serves in an educational role and as a team leader delivering educational programs to students overseeing daily logistics and assisting with the development of educational programs using dialogic and inquiry-based methods for K12th grade audiences. Additional responsibilities include the ability to supervise and mentor diverse staff apply adult training methodologies and evaluate programming.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of objectives curricula and operation of school systems and other educational institutions.
Working knowledge of classroom teaching and /or museum education techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop revise and implement educational programs.
Skilled in public speaking and leading group presentations.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Knowledge acquired through coursework in history anthropology museum studies or education highly beneficial to this role.

- Teaching experience at a variety of levels

- Experience in training adults and performing employee evaluations
