Have you built a career around communication leadership or client relationships and now want greater flexibility in how you work
We are seeking experienced professionals for an independent remote role within personal development and leadership education. You will use your communication and relationship-building skills to connect with prospective clients introduce digital personal development programs and support business growth.
This is a performance-based role with earnings generated through product sales. Many begin part-time alongside existing commitments dedicating approximately 1520 hours per week.

This role involves active marketing client conversations and follow-up. It suits someone who enjoys working independently and takes responsibility for their results.
This role is intended for experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.

Required Skills:
We are looking for someone with: Strong verbal and written communication skills A professional approachable and confident manner Experience in leadership management business development sales recruitment client engagement coaching mentoring or another people-focused field Strong relationship-building and active-listening skills Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone or Zoom Good organisation time-management and follow-up skills The ability to work independently and remain self-motivated A willingness to learn accept guidance and follow an established process Basic confidence using online systems digital platforms and email Access to a computer reliable internet connection and phone At least 15 hours per week available to develop the opportunity Previous experience within the personal development and leadership education sector is not required as comprehensive training mentoring and established systems are provided. This opportunity is best suited to someone who is open to an independent performance-based structure rather than a traditional fixed-salary employee position.
