A veterinary hospital is seeking a Lead Veterinarianto guide its clinical team and help shape the future of the practice. - Oversee medical standards and quality of care across the practice
- Perform diagnostics treatment planning and surgical procedures
- Support training and development of team members
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients and address medical concerns when needed
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible veterinary license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Leadership experience or interest in a leadership role
- Ability to mentor and support a team
- Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
