Were looking for an experienced tire technician ready to lead our tire and lube team. Someone who takes pride in a clean shop thorough work and treating every customers vehicle with care.
Youll lead by example train teammates and hold the team accountable to our systems and processes. We need someone who notices the details follows through and helps the people around them get better.
What Youll Do
- Lead daily tire and lube lane workflow helping the team work safely accurately and efficiently.
- Train and coach technicians on proper procedures cleanliness and workmanship.
- Check completed work for accuracy proper torque tire pressures and a clean vehicle before delivery.
- Mount balance rotate and repair tires; install wheels; and service TPMS.
- Perform oil changes fluid maintenance and battery testing and installation.
- Keep tools equipment inventory and work areas clean and organized.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and management.
- Follow inspection procedures and report findings accurately.
Who Were Looking For
- An experienced tire and lube technician with strong technical skills.
- A dependable teammate who can set expectations and hold people accountable respectfully.
- Someone who follows established processes and takes ownership of the finished work.
- Previous leadership experience is welcome. If youve been doing the work of a lead without the recognition we want to hear from you.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 and able to safely perform the physical duties of the position including lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
