About the Role
Infosys is looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to partner closely with business leaders and shape hiring strategies for highgrowth futureready technologies. This is a midlevel individual contributor role offering strong visibility handson ownership and opportunities for career progression within Infosys Talent Acquisition team.

What You will do
Partner with business and delivery leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned to current and future demand
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and evolving skill sets
Leverage market insights competitive benchmarking and hiring trends to guide decisionmaking
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying talent gaps and proposing proactive solutions
Use data and analytics to track hiring performance identify trends and continuously improve processes
Ensure compliance with recruitment standards EEO guidelines and local labor laws
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen sourcing outcomes
Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through professional engaging candidate interactions and branding initiatives
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent work experience in lieu of education)
68 years of relevant recruitment experience for candidates with a nonengineering degree
35 years of relevant recruitment experience for candidates with a masters degree
Strong understanding of technology hiring across digital infrastructure and application development areas
Advanced Excel skills for reporting analysis and tracking
Preferred requirements:
Handson endtoend recruitment experience
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global environment
Knowledge of EEO guidelines and compliant hiring practices
Willingness to travel up to 10%-20% based on business needs
