Torch Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Lead Systems Engineer/Analyst to support the Tactical Missile Systems team on Redstone Arsenal.

Job Duties:

• Manage team and project schedules resources and contract hours and funding.
• Support and execute modeling and simulation integration efforts contribute to analysis tool development pre- and post-flight data generation and algorithm testing and analysis.
• Some travel may be required in support of flight tests.

Job Requirements:

• US Citizenship.
• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10 years of experience with software development modeling and simulation and/or data analysis with 5 years of experience leading technical teams and efforts.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with MATLAB C Python Fortran or other programming languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees customers management and peers.
• Strong understanding of software integration modeling and simulation and verification and validation (V&V) processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams comprised of government and sub-contractors.
• Experience developing and presenting briefings presentations and written reports to senior military and government civilian personnel.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with containerization software (e.g. singularity).
• Strong understanding of software model integration and simulation frameworks.
• Experience working with advanced math and physics concepts.
