MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION

Own the Field. Set the Standard. Build the Plan into Reality.

If youve spent years proving you can run a jobsite and youre ready to run one inside a system that supports you rather than leaving you on an island this role was built for you.

At UrbanCore we believe planning and discipline create freedom. The best jobsites arent the ones with the loudest leader. Theyre the ones where the work is ready the trades know whats expected and the plan holds because someone had the discipline to build it right and the presence to protect it every single day.

Were looking for a Superintendent who leads from the field thinks weeks ahead and understands that control isnt something you take its something you create through preparation.

WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK HERE

Most construction environments accept chaos as part of the job. We dont. UrbanCore is a highly collaborative environment built on respect for the work the plan and the people doing it. We set clear expectations plan work intentionally and drive accountability without blame.

We believe the best projects are built through:

  • Clear expectations instead of constant urgency
  • Disciplined planning instead of last-minute scrambling
  • Accountability without blame
  • Respect for every trade partner on site

When we plan and execute well our teams:

  • Build better projects.
  • Create flexibility through discipline.
  • Protect their time and energy.
  • Deliver consistent results.
THE ROLE

The Superintendent owns the field.

From preconstruction turnover through final closeout you are accountable for how the project runs from the schedule to safety culture to the quality of what gets installed and the standard every trade is held to. You set the tone before the first crew mobilizes and you protect it until the last punch item closes.

Youll lead an Assistant Superintendent coordinate every trade partner on site and turn the plan into predictable production. Youre not chasing the work. Youre clearing the path in front of it.

This role is best suited for someone who believes calm disciplined leadership produces better results than constant reaction.
