Lead Superintendent

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Manchester or Concord NH area for an individual with 10 years experience as a Superintendent for design build turnkey construction projects and a background in Residential and Multifamily projects. This position would earn a generous base salary with a loaded benefits package including substantial medical and life insurance benefits a 401K w/ matching vehicle allowance relocation assistance bonuses PTO and other outstanding perks.

Required work experience:

• 10 years of experience as a Superintendent is a MUST
• Experienced with Residential and Multifamily ground-up/new construction projects (ranging from $1M-$10M) is a MUST
• Proficiency in communicating and coordinating with clients tradesmen and subcontractors is a MUST
• Experience managing a crew of up to 10 for multiple sites/projects at the same time is a MUST
• Experience with Construction Management and Administration including: maintaining daily logs managing daily site activities labor and material management equipment management safety documentation blueprint reading etc. is PREFERRED
