Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Place and follow-up on POs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes and update ERP accordingly.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that balance cost-effectiveness with product quality.
Identify evaluate and negotiate with new and existing suppliers.
Build and maintain vendor relationships ensuring performance and compliance.
Manage CAPEX sourcing including equipment tooling facilities and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement timelines and project requirements.
Oversee bidding processes contract negotiation and finalization for capital projects and services.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing supports new product launches efficiently and cost-effectively.
Manage RFQ processes supplier selection and procurement readiness for production ramp-up.
Implement and monitor Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs to enhance supply continuity and reduce holding costs.
Evaluate supply chain constraints and negotiate improved lead times through forecasting and capacity planning.
Oversee procurement activities including RFQs purchase orders and contract execution.
Conduct market research and assessments to inform procurement actions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain roles.
Ability to work in manufacturing and fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Industry-specific experience is advantageous.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems (e.g. SAP).
Strong negotiation evaluation and communication skills.
Organized adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
