Youllwork closely with product managers and engineering leadership to solve complex technical challenges improve existing systems and help shape the technical direction of our platform. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys building software while helping other engineers grow.
Weare located inMemphisTNhoweverwe will consider candidates for remote work thatarelocatedinthe greater Memphis area Texas or Florida.
WhatYoullBe Doing
Lead the technical direction of a product engineering team guidingarchitectureand key engineering decisions.
Own the end-to-end technical delivery of software solutions from design and development through deployment and support.
Write and review code perform system design reviews and ensure high engineering standards across the team.
Mentorengineers andhelp the team solve complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with product managers to plan prioritize and deliver product initiatives.
Monitor the performance and availability of production systems and resolve issues as needed.
Contribute to architectural improvements and automation that enhance scalability reliability and efficiency.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
What Were Looking For
7 years of experiencebuilding and delivering software applications in a production environment
Ability to contribute to system design and architectural discussions
Experience mentoring engineers orprovidingtechnical guidance within a team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with full-stack or backend programming Java and SQL preferred.
Familiarity with technologies such as Oracle DatabaseCockroachDB Spring Boot JBoss JavaScript Containers Linux Rancher Ansible and Bamboo preferred.
Experience working in Agile product development teamspreferred.
