Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java microservices and Generative AI technologies to support a new strategic initiative at Client. This role will lead the design development and Eligible to working on of GenAI-powered engineering solutions while partnering closely with business and technology teams.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Java 17 and Spring Boot microservices
- Full-stack development experience using Java React/Angular TypeScript and Python
- Experience with distributed systems APIs event-driven architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud platform experience (OCP Eligible to workP or similar)
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools including:
- Devin Claude (Anthropic) Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Knowledge of:
- Prompt engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Agent-based and multi-agent architectures
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Autonomous AI workflows and orchestration
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy GenAI-powered solutions
- Build and enhance Spring Boot microservices
- Integrate AI tools into enterprise SDLC and CI/CD workflows
- Drive GenAI adEligible to workion onboarding and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer productivity
- Provide technical leadership troubleshooting and performance Eligible to workimization
